Smart Foundry Industry–Academia Cooperative Program
“Smart Foundry Industry–Academia Cooperative Program” is offered by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Formosa University under the Daytime Program. Upholding the spirit of “learning by doing and doing while learning,” the program aims to cultivate entry- to mid-level technical leaders. It integrates both theoretical knowledge and practical training. Senior high school and vocational high school graduates who are interested in the foundry industry are welcome to apply. Applicants are not required to submit scores from the Joint College Entrance Examination (Technological and Vocational Education system). In addition, students from financially disadvantaged families may receive various benefits such as exemptions or subsidies for application fees, tuition and miscellaneous fees, and accommodation fees. During the study period, students can simultaneously accumulate work experience. Upon graduation, students will obtain a “Bachelor of Engineering degree from a National University of Science and Technology.” The Smart Foundry Program provides an excellent opportunity for both technical advancement and simultaneous development of academic knowledge and professional experience. Join the program today to enhance your capabilities and help lead the foundry industry toward a brighter future.
