- Management and maintenance of office, faculty research rooms, and shared departmental spaces
- Revision, compilation, and updating of departmental regulations
- Execution of tasks related to the Higher Education Sprout Project
- Coordinating and arranging the director’s external schedules
- Other ad hoc assignments
